Hacienda UK has been formed to create the most designed enhanced kitchens and bathrooms throughout the south west. The company has been created with over 16 years of design and installation expertise.
Design director, Nick Threadgold B.A.Hons, has his degree in three dimensional design of furniture and interiors, and has been designing "one to one" with clients for 12 years. Hacienda UK uses the latest cutting edge technology with Planit Fusion software and the images are breath taking. Clients get to see what their room will really look like. But the design of the room is only as good as the installer who puts it together.
Project directors Ian Horne and Neil Richardson have been installing kitchens, bathrooms and complete builds, through their company S.W.C Ltd for over 16 years now. Their projects have included complete house builds to the smallest space saving ideas for en-suites.

T. Vallance & Son Contractors have been operating from Liverton in
South Devon since 1960. The business, which provides Agricultural
plant, haulage and Waste/recycling services has been run by Sam
Vallance since 1987. The business was originally formed by his
Grandfather and Father. Today T. Vallance & Son is still very much a
family run business with Sam’s wife Jackie, Daughter Judi and Son
